Poster insert for The God that Crawls from Lamentations of the Flame Princess - [link]

This was a big challenge as the long dimensions would mean a weird composition. there was only one way to do it as the most important and interesting aspect of the scene was the slime monster at the bottom. Weird and fun project.

They all do, but she loses a leg and all the fingers from her left hand. I like that there are real (and often horrible) consequences in this series of game books.

The way you handle the texture, the perspective, gesture, and lighting is fantastic! I think I found you via Conceptart sketchbook (pardon me if I'm wrong) and your progress is really, really compelling. Everything is delicious to look at, and especially makes me want to practice more myself. Thanks for the great paintings
